At Freedom Gorilla, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
